Al Pacino The first picture was taken in 1990. The second picture in 1996 , a year after Al Pacino had a brow lift and face lift. The change is pretty dramatic.

- I'm not entirely sure that Al Pacino has had any major work done.
The picture you have of him from 1990 is from Godfather Part III,
for which they had to make him up quite a bit to look older than he
actually was. So the way he looks in that picture is more likely
not what he actually looked like, but more of a made-up Al Pacino.
