Additional Information: Amazing footage of an octopus blending in with its environment, before changing its colours and swimming away.
To end the debate (see here for example) over whether this clip is real or not , I can confirm that the footage was filmed, and is owned, by Roger Hanlon from the marine biological laboratory in the US. The footage has been featured on natural history TV programs many times and is used as a teaching tool.
